Two years passed by in a flash and Rudra did not make a single attempt to take down the perfect warrior in those two years.
Being singularly focused on bringing out the best powers of the seeds and focusing on evaluating the strengths of his enemy, Rudra only strategized about his next run facing the perfect warrior, but never executed it.
He developed a method to negate the effects of [ Mind Reader ] by creating a unique move called [ Information Block ].
It was a passive move that negated all mind reader spells and it was with this move that Rudra finally gained the confidence to attempt a future sight loop to understand whether or not he could scratch his opponent.
As per his last interaction with the perfect warrior, he understood that if he used the power of the time seed to dilate the flow of time around him, he could potentially slow it down to the point where he could notice the movements of the perfect warrior and actually try to fight him on level terms, however, just being on par in terms of agility was not enough, as Rudra understood that he needed to use the power of the other seeds as well.
For two long years, Rudra prepared the ultimate battle sequence in his mind, a roadmap of how he was going to pull the perfect warrior into [ Omniscient Future Sight ] and then trying to fight him using the best possible attacks within the future loop.
After all this planning, when he once again ascended the celestial peak to try and face the perfect warrior he somehow felt nervous in his gut as although he was arguably the most prepared this time around, he also felt the most nervous for some reason.
Rudra remembered being on the edge during the first run, however, he was more excited than nervous back then as he had a slight hope in his heart that even if all the warriors in the universe failed to fight the perfect warrior, he could achieve the impossible and defeat him.
The second and third runs were also grand failures, however, Rudra blamed the lack of preparation for the loss as he did not think that he actually lacked the ability to even land a scratch.
However, he genuinely felt nervous this time around because he had actually prepared well for this fight and he knew that if he failed after all this planning then this failure would hurt more than the others.
Failure without trying much was acceptable because one could blame their effort for the results. However, failure after trying one's hardest was the worst, because it meant that they themselves were not enough.
" Greetings, Shakuni The Terrifying" The perfect warrior said in the most mocking tone possible as he chuckled looking at Rudra who had just ascended his peak.
" I've missed you all this time you know-, I kept wondering why you don't come up here often, but I assume you must be planning something big.
So please, entertain me Shakuni, it's been two years and if you don't manage to entertain me today, then I'm surely ripping out that seed of chaos from your brain. You've kept me waiting for too long, now you must deliver" The perfect warrior said as he tried to intimidate Rudra using threats, however, Rudra remained calm and unfazed.
If there was one thing that Rudra had learnt by facing old bastards like the perfect warrior, it was the fact that they could say or do anything to get under their opponents skin.
If the perfect warrior really could take the seed from his body, Rudra had no doubt in his mind he would have already ripped it out and consumed it for himself, which meant that if Rudra had managed to keep it on him for so long that the perfect warrior could not rip it out as he pleased.
Armed with this knowledge, Rudra did not let his opponents' words faze him as he kept extremely calm.
" Interesting….. I can't read your mind at all, it's almost like you're not a living person" the perfect warrior said as his eyes gleamed with greed, trying to understand how Rudra was blocking his [ Mind Reader ] since he had never experienced something like this before.
" Interesting…. Hahaha…. You never disappoint me do you?" The perfect warrior said as he spread his arms wide and smiled brightly at Rudra.
At this instant, the perfect warrior seemed completely harmless and he seemed to be more interested in talking rather than fighting, however, it was only an illusion created by him.
While the body that was talking was only a clone, the real body of the perfect warrior had already managed to sneak up on Rudra undetected, as it used the move [ Extreme Luminous ] to perfectly blend into the bright sun shining in the background and use it as a cover to slowly approach Rudra.
The perfect warrior's goal from this visit by Rudra was clear - He wanted the seed of chaos for himself and while his illusion distracted Rudra, he himself tried to sneak up on the guildmaster.
*SHUA*
With a sudden burst of speed, he propelled himself towards Rudra with the clear intention of ripping the seed of chaos out of his temple, as the only moment where he decided to accelerate came after he was assured that from that distance he could claim Rudra's head without him even realising what was going on, however, for the first time ever, the perfect warrior miscalculated.
*BANG* lights
-12,000,000
The perfect warrior banged his head hard against an invisible object, as Rudra slowly turned his eye to face the real perfect warrior rather than his illusion and gave him his signature smile.
An invisible wall separated Rudra from the perfect warrior and the perfect warrior's plans were foiled because even he could not detect this invisible barrier.
" It's called 'Invisible Divine Concealment' a tier10 spell that I upgraded from its divine grade to a Transcendent grade spell.
How do you like my preparation?" Rudra asked as he enjoyed watching a single trickle of blood drip down the perfect warrior's forehead from the self damage that he had taken from heading headfirst into Rudra's barrier.
From the start, Rudra always knew that he was never going to get the perfect warrior to fight a battle on his terms, hence he had completely discarded that line of thinking and rather started to think about how he could beat the perfect warrior at his own game.
He made the tier10 pink barrier invisible and undetectable and slowly created 10 such layers between himself and the perfect warrior the second he ascended to the cliff.
While the perfect warrior tried to play his mind games, Rudra was waiting for him to make the first move as while he did not have the confidence to detect what the perfect warrior was plotting, with this setting he was sure in his mind that whatever the perfect warrior came up with, whether it was a close range attack, or a long range spell, Rudra would be able to block it without troubles as a result of his pre- preparations.
He had genuinely failed to detect that the perfect warrior that was speaking was nothing more than a clone and that the real body was sneaking up on him, however, as a result of his robust planning, even though he failed to detect his opponent, he managed to get the first hit on him ever as his opponent suffered a small 12 million points in damage.
" HAHAHA" The perfect warrior chuckled as he wiped off the single drop of blood trickling down his forehead as it was at this moment that Rudra felt alarm bells ringing in his brain when he noticed that the perfect warrior was bleeding when he was supposed to have an energy body just like himself.
" Where?" Rudra wondered with his heart starting to beat faster as he looked all around with his senses reaching a fever pitch trying to locate the real body of the perfect warrior as somehow it seemed like the body that did collide with his barrier was a fake as well.
[ Perfect Move: Buddha's Palm ]
*BOOOM*
*CRUNCH*
*CRASH*
From over his head, Rudra felt a terrifying palm attack crushing down on him as he felt all his tier10 barriers being crushed instantly alongside his body as he died instantly to that single attack.
From start to finish, his fourth run lasted a total of one minute and forty seconds but just like all his runs before this one, the raid ended without him being able to detect any weaknesses of the perfect warrior.
From how it ended, he was not even sure anymore if the body that he injured belonged to the perfect warrior or some physical clone as the only sweet part about this raid also began to sting and bother him greatly.
Overall, the fourth run which was executed after two years of intense planning also turned out to be a failure where Rudra even failed to drag his opponent to the future sight loop that he intended, failing to execute over 80% of his plan.
The only silver lining of the raid was the fact that the perfect warrior also failed in reclaiming the seed of chaos from Rudra's body, as if nothing else Rudra did manage to protect his treasure well.
